Privacy statement

Version 1.1 · 30 October 2026
How Faircase handles the personal data of website visitors, contacts and customers. This is a translation of the Dutch privacyverklaring; if the two differ, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Who we are

Faircase is a trade name of Flowlined Letselschade B.V., located at Joop Geesinkweg 203, 1114 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42121069). We are the controller for the processing of personal data described in this privacy statement.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer: Sander Vlug, who can be reached at sander.vlug@flowlined.nl. For all other questions about privacy, please contact contact@faircase.nl.

2. What this statement covers

This privacy statement describes how we handle the personal data of visitors to faircase.nl, of people who contact us, request a demo or sign up for updates, and of contacts at our customers and suppliers.

Data in personal injury case files

In the Faircase application, personal injury firms and other professionals process data about their case files, including medical information. The firm using the application, not Faircase, is the controller for that data. Faircase processes it solely on that firm’s instructions, under a data processing agreement, and does not use it for its own purposes or to train AI models.
Are you an injured party or otherwise involved in a personal injury case and do you have a question about your data? Please contact the firm or claims handler dealing with your case. If we receive a request about data in a case file, we forward it to the firm concerned as quickly as possible.
